Karoline Terrazas

Organizational Performance Manager, Union Sanitary District

Karoline is a driving force behind our culture of growth and development. As facilitator of our Leadership Development Program, she provides employees in the program the opportunity to build and enhance their leadership skills. As lead of our Training program, she consistently encourages staff to invest in themselves and reach their full potential. She is always on the lookout for new ideas that bring value to both the organization and employees.

And this only scratches the surface of everything she does! Karoline has a kindness and approachability that makes her easy to learn from and easy to turn to. She is truly deserving of this recognition.
