Water Infrastructure Virtual Bus Tour Series
Stop 4: Purified Water and Water Reuse
Valley Water is now offering free virtual tours of our water infrastructure and facilities through our new Water Infrastructure Virtual Bus Tour series.
Participants will learn about how our water infrastructure works together to provide safe, clean drinking water for residents, help keep communities safe, and preserve our natural resources in Santa Clara County through a 4-stop series.
Stop #4 walks us through the Silicon Valley Advanced Water Purification Center, the largest facility of its kind in northern California. Tour attendees will learn about advanced water purification, recycled and enhanced recycled water, and the future of water reuse in Santa Clara County. Learn about the advanced processes and technologies used to renew treated wastewater into advanced purified water that meets California’s strict drinking water standards.
Each tour stop will take approximately one hour and include a Q&A segment with subject matter experts and project managers. Login details for Zoom will be provided after registering.
