ASSISTANT TO THE SECRETARY OF THE DISTRICT
Salary: $87,885.84 – $106,308 ANNUALLY
Central San, a progressive public utility, is seeking a qualified individual to fill the Assistant to the Secretary of the District position. This position is responsible for the day to day administration and operations of the Office of the Secretary of the District. The incumbent will perform a variety of administrative duties, including developing Board of Directors agendas, drafting Committee meeting minutes as assigned, administration of filings, and coordinating with other District departments

Education and Experience:
• 5 years of full time experience in technical, programmatic, and/or administrative support including 2 years of administrative lead experience is required.
• Completion of a 2-year business or community college program with emphasis in related course work.
Certification:
Certified Municipal Clerk certification is desirable.
Possession of, or willingness to acquire California notary public is desirable.
