Do you have 3+ years of experience supporting business analysis, programming, system configuration and integrations for enterprise systems? Do you enjoy working with others to support an essential business function? If so, check out this opportunity!

The Software Services Unit is in the process of implementing an Enterprise Content Management (ECM) system to consolidate several existing document management systems for simpler data access and retrieval and to stay compliant with record retention schedules. Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Business Analysis: Work closely with business partners and configure systems based on business needs. Analyze existing processes and make recommendations on alternatives to leverage software functionalities and system performance.
• Systems Integrations: Design, develop, test integrations between different systems. Administer integrations with other systems such as GIS, Maximo, ERP and internal custom applications.
• Programming: Provide technical support to business users. Help troubleshoot related processes. Write reports, and interfaces to other systems.
• Vendor Management: Work closely with Vendor to apply and test new patches or releases. Meet with Vendor at least once a year to review performance. Have good understanding of the SLA (Service Level Agreement) and know what features staff are using and what features they are not using. This understanding of utilization is critical to measure performance indicators and provides the District with leverage for contract renewal.
